Following the Israeli terrorist attack on the civilian vessel “Conscience” (Vicdan), which set out to deliver humanitarian aid to genocide-stricken Gaza, we emphasize that “Vicdan” is under the responsibility of international protection and we share with the public this open appeal that we have sent to the institutional contact addresses of the Embassy of Malta in Ankara and Consulate General in Istanbul, which are closest to the “Vicdan” Vessel.
